The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles has not yet put an Electronic
Lien & Title Program (ELT) in place. We expect that all states will eventually
implement ELT.
The ELT program changes the lien and title process for lenders
(bankers, credit unions, dealers, and other financial institutions) as lenders
no longer need to store and file paper titles.
Decision
Dynamics, Inc. has developed a lien and title management system called
Premier eTitleLien™. Premier
eTitleLien™ integrates closely with state ELT programs but offers title tracking capabilities
for any state, including Connecticut.
